The annual OWA Golf Day will be held on Sunday 12th October at Little Aston Golf Club, Sutton Coldfield.
All Old Wrekinians, their friends, staff and current pupils are welcome to play, no matter what their handicap! Non golfers are also very welcome to attend the lunch. Players compete throughout the day for various trophies. In the morning, 18 holes Gross Trophy, Net Trophy and a Guest Trophy. Afternoon is 10 holes foursomes for the Sir Frederick Neill trophies. (Fredrick Neill was a keen golder and distinguised OW).
Little Aston is the highest ranked Parkland Course and was also ranked number 34 overall in the Top 100 England Courses of 2019 by Golf World. www.littleastongolf.co.uk
For the golfers, there is a bacon bap and coffee from 8.30am and the golf starts at 9.30am. Lunch will be served at 2.30pm (jacket and tie required please). £120 per player.
