The evening began with a Reception in the new Music School which saw parents, pupils, Governors, staff, Old Wrekinians and friends of the School join together to watch Mr Stopford cut the ribbon.

Mr Stopford then moved to the Chapel to lead the choirs at the sell-out concert with a programme of breathtaking pieces.

A special thank you to Mr Stopford who flew in from New York, where is currently Director of Music at Christ Church, Bronxville, and to all those who attended the evening.

Anyone who would like to see the new Music School is welcome to attend a special Open Morning on Saturday, January 25th between 10am and noon. For more information email music@wrekincollege.com.
