After a year of preparation, Wrekin’s new student-led enterprise Express-o launched on 14th January.
The coffee shop is housed in a converted horsebox making it easy to move to venues across the school to support our extensive programme of internal events. It is the hard work of all the Sixth Form students in the Wrekin Entrepreneurs group which has brought this ambitious venture into fruition.
The shop will initially sell latte, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate and tea, more options will be added as the business develops. Those who attended the opening of the astro have already enjoyed the opportunity to sample the goods curtesy of the school, while others will get the chance at school events throughout the year. You can follow Wrekin Expresso on your favourite social media platform if you’d like to keep up to date with all their activities!
