The annual London Dinner took place on Friday 15th November, at the prestigious RAG Army and Navy Club. This year, we had the pleasure of welcoming 53 guests, all eager to reconnect and share fond memories.
The evening commenced with a welcome drink served in an inviting atmosphere, allowing attendees to mingle and reminisce about their cherished times at Wrekin. Following this, guests were seated in the Pall Mall Room, where a four-course dinner was presented.
After dinner, Jon Wood delivered a thank-you speech, expressing gratitude to all who attended and acknowledging the importance of these gatherings. Haydn Griffiths then provided an engaging update on the school, sharing exciting developments and plans.
As the evening drew to a close, guests were invited to enjoy drinks in the club's bar area. This final segment of the evening offered even more opportunities for guests to mingle, share stories, and create new memories together.
We sincerely appreciate everyone who joined us for this memorable occasion; it truly was an enjoyable evening.
Due to our wonderful experience at the venue, we are thrilled to announce that we have already reserved The RAG Army and Navy Club for our next event in 2025. Mark your calendars for the 14th of November 2025 - we would be delighted to welcome even more of you back for another spectacular gathering!
