From the OWA |
During the summer break the OWA commissioned ‘The Chainsaw Bloke’ to create a seat from the stump of the oldest oak tree at school, on Cricket Bigside, which had been cut down due to its ill-health.
The back of the chair is adorned by the rampant lion while the Wrekin is depicted at the front. Now when you go back to school to watch the First XI you can enjoy a well-earned rest on this beautiful seat.
