OW London Branch Golf Day 2020
After five successful years of our OW London Branch Golf Day, we warmly invite you all once again, along with your guests, to the delights of the Windlesham Golf Club.

Dear OW Golfers,
After five successful years of our OW London Branch Golf Day, we warmly invite you all once again, along with your guests, to the delights of the Windlesham Golf Club. The Club is set amidst the beautiful Surrey countryside and is a par 72 - 6,650 yard, Tommy Horton designed championship parkland golf course. See www.windleshamgolf.com for more details. We are indebted to Rod Rigby (B 53-57) for the invitation to play at his club.
We have booked to play on Wednesday 6th May 2020 and we welcome you all to a pleasant day’s golf and meal for £70. The format for the day will be:
11.00 am Arrival Coffee and Bacon Sandwiches.
12.00 noon First tee off time for 18 hole Stableford
5.30 pm 2 Course Meal and Prize Giving (dress for the meal will be smart casual).
Whilst there will be prizes - for the Winner, Runners’ up etc it is not a day where golfing skills are the main requirement. We want to get a sizeable number of OW’s (Old Girls & Old Boys) and their guests (male and female) together in great surroundings for an enjoyable event. We may even organise an inter-house competition to add to the fun.
We do hope that you are able to attend and feel free to invite along as many guests as you might like. We would be most grateful if you would complete the attached form and either send this together with a cheque for £70 payable to “OWA London Branch” posted to Jonathan Wood at the address below or electronically to 40-03-21 81889168. It would be very helpful if you could let us know early if you are going to be able to join us but in any case before the end of April 2020.
For those interested, convenient accommodation is available at the Cricketers, Bagshot (tel 0871 527 8040) www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/BAGCRI/bagshot Rod will be delighted to assist (contact number below). The Hotel is located within a couple of six irons of the Course.
