George Hood (B. 2014 - 2019) - the first Wrekinian to work in Antarctica

George is currently at deep field base in Antarctica called Sky Blu. The weather stayed clear for long enough to snap some photos with the OWA/Wrekin flag while one of the British Antarctic Survey Twin Otter aeroplanes took off behind.

We can't wait to hear about his adventure when he returns next year! In the meantime keep sending the photos, George!
