MEMORIES OF WREKIN
“One of my fondest memories was my active participation in the Wrekin Charity Day. I took the initiative to organise a group of Tudor boys, along with Dr. Roberts, who was the Housemaster at the time, participated in a group "Tudor Head shave" held in the Chapel in front of the entire school. To promote the event, we even went to the extent of redesigning the classic "Your Country Needs You" poster. It was a fantastic experience as we managed to raise over £1,000 for Cancer Research UK. We had a great time getting our peers excited about the event, and Dr. Roberts played a crucial role in maximizing the fundraising efforts.”
AFTER WREKIN
"My time as a student at Wrekin had a profound impact on my personal growth. It taught me valuable lessons such as gaining confidence, adapting to new people and cultures, as well as believing in myself. However, one of the most important lessons I learned was the concept of giving back. The experience of being a Head of House for Tudor on the Wrekin Charity Day significantly influenced my current endeavours I am grateful to be a part of an amazing team at Search Seven, where we share a common goal of making a positive impact. We proudly donate 7% of our company's profits to charity which is why "seven" holds significance in our name. This year, I’m supporting Switchboard Brighton & Hove."
